Ingredients
  

  • 227 g real butter
  • 4 tbsp whole milk
  • 40 g green olives

Instructions
 

  • Whisk the room temperature butter and milk vigorously until light and airy
  • Fine chop the olives
  • Fold the olives into the whipped butter until evenly distributed
  • Chill in the refrigerator
  • Enjoy on fresh bread

Notes

This butter will set hard again when refrigerated. Best enjoyed at room temperature.
