Lemon Habanero Hot Sauce
A fiery hot sauce that will bring heat and flavour to any dish.

- 60 g Lemon Harbanero Chilli
- 1 green pepper small
- 1/2 white onion large
- 1/2 red onion small
- 6 garlic cloves
- 1 tsp salt
- 200 ml water
- 100ml ml vinegar
- 3 tbsp reap seed oil
Heat oil in a frying pan over medium heat.
Thinly slice all vegetables and saute off in the frying pan. approx 20 min
Add the water, vinegar and salt and bring to boil.
When boiling remove from heat blend to create the sauce.
Transfer into a sterilized glass jar or bottle.
When cooled, refrigerate.
I use this sauce as a substitute for English mustard. A little will go a long way but if your a heat freak like me you won't be long using up a bottle! Delicious with meats.
